Acceptance and changes
You must accept these Terms & Conditions to register and use the services. We may update them to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes, and the updated version applies from the time it is published on the site or from the time you accept it where confirmation is required.

If an event is postponed or abandoned, voiding and settlement follow the sport rules and the market description shown at the time of placing the bet.

Where we reasonably suspect fraud or integrity issues, we may place transactions on hold while we investigate and report to relevant bodies where required.
Errors, interruptions, and liability
If a market, price, or result is published with an obvious error, we may void affected bets or correct settlement. Technical issues, connectivity problems, or device failures on your side do not invalidate accepted bets, and you should check bet history to confirm acceptance and outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, data transmission issues, or third party information such as live scores.
Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy with a decision, you should raise it through Customer Support so it can be reviewed. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, an Alternative Dispute Resolution process may be available as required by licence conditions, with details provided in the complaints procedure on the site.
Governing law
For customers in Great Britain, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
